The result was nothing short of gourmet, moist, tasty and DEFINITELY not the usual “healthy-tasting” result normally found with gluten-free baking mixes. This tasted even BETTTER than the best Mrs. Fields-type soft-baked cookies I’ve ever had– without the allergic reaction or risk of nut contamination!!!!
The BEST Blondie You Will EVER Taste!
I just used Namaste Blondie Mix to make DELICIOUS chocolate-chip cookie bar “Blondies!” I used the recipe on the back of the package and added Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. I also used Nutiva Extra-Virgin Organic Coconut Oil for the 3/4 cup of oil the recipe called for and used milk in place of the 1/2 cup of water but only do this if you are absolutely sure you are not allergic to either.
