As someone who loves to cook, I can’t help but want the best recipes I can possibly get. I don’t want something to be good, I want it to be AMAZING. Instead of searching the internet for soy-free, peanut-free recipes (which can be bland and somewhat unappealing), I go on Rachel Ray’s website or search the recipes of top chefs…then I read them. Sure, this takes time, but I have found so many recipes this way. I also like watching the cooking shows on Food Network or on IO. If something contains something you are allergic to, substitute it with something else that is okay. This way you end up creating your own unique recipes that are completely safe, DELICIOUS, EXCITING and allergen-free!!!
